Cancellation Policy
TRiBE Aesthetics provides non-surgical aesthetic treatments in accordance with Australian regulatory guidelines, ethical practice, and patient safety standards. All treatments are approached as medical procedures and delivered with a consultation-first philosophy. Consultation Requirement All non-surgical cosmetic treatments at TRiBE Aesthetics require a consultation prior to treatment. Consultations are essential to: Assess medical history and suitability Evaluate facial anatomy and skin health Discuss individual goals and expectations Provide professional treatment recommendations Treatment will not proceed without a completed consultation. Individualised Treatment Planning No two faces are the same. Treatment plans at TRiBE Aesthetics are personalised and based on clinical assessment, anatomy, and skin health. Recommendations may differ from a client’s initial expectations if deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe. Pricing & Disclosure Pricing for non-surgical cosmetic treatments is not advertised publicly. All treatment options and associated costs are discussed transparently during the consultation following professional assessment. Informed Consent & Patient Suitability Informed consent is obtained prior to any treatment. TRiBE Aesthetics reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or if medical contraindications are present. Booking & Cancellation Policy A deposit is required to secure all consultation and treatment appointments. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Failure to attend an appointment without notice may forfeit the deposit in full. This policy allows appointment times to be managed fairly and respectfully.
